Richard is a graduate of Auburn University. In the 1970's and '80's Richard owned a chain of five auto part stores in Alabama and Tennessee. After this venture, he gained employment with a brand new car company, Lexus. He remained at Lexus of Chattanooga for the next 11 years before going into business again.

Richmond studied at the University of North Alabama and recieved a BBA in Marketing in 2002 and his MBA in 2004. He and Richard worked on this business several years prior to his graduation.

Bill Hixon is a Master ASE Technician with over 37 years experience working on automobiles. He has worked on Toyota products since 1982. When Lexus was introduced, Bill was the first factory trained technician in the Chattanooga area to work on them.
